Pizza à la marinara de la récolte d'automne

Ingredients

6 broccolini stems

¼ red onion 

pizza dough

½ cup pumpkin puree

½ jar Yo Mama's Marinara 

½ tsp salt

½ tsp white pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning 

1 cup smoked cheddar cheese

½ cup butternut squash ribbons

½ cup chopped pancetta

¼ cup salted pumpkin seeds

¼ cup ricotta cheese

½ tsp chili falkes

Instructions

  1. De-stem broccolini and chop onion.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and place on pizza pan.
  3. In a bowl, add pumpkin puree with marinara sauce along with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning into small bowl. Mix together.
  4. Add marinara mixture onto pizza dough. 
  5. Top pizza with cheese, squash, onion, broccolini, pancetta, pumpkin seeds, ricotta cheese and chili flakes.
  6. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
  7. Slice and Enjoy!
