Pâtes au four à l'huile d'olive et au fromage feta

Ingredients

3 cups cherry tomatoes

6 cloves of sliced garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

¼ cup of Yo Mama's Olive Oil

200g feta cheese

4 cloves fresh thyme

450g of Gemelli

 

Instructions

  1. Add tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper to baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add Feta cheese block to center of dish. 
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and top with thyme.
  5. Bake for 400F for 30 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, mixed feta and tomatoes together.
  7. Fold pasta into cooked tomato mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Enjoy!
