Pâtes à l'encre de seiche et aux palourdes
Ingredients
1 tbsp + ½ tsp salt
500g squid ink tagliatelle
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cups fresh clams
½ tsp black pepper
1 jar Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce
Garnish: dried parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot, add 1 tbsp salt in 8 cups of water
- Boil 500g squid ink tagliatelle until al dente and drain
- In a medium pan on medium heat, add in 1 tbsp olive oil
- Add in cherry tomatoes and fresh clams and saute for 2 minutes
- Season with ½ tps salt and pepper
- To the mixture pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce and mix thoroughly
- Let sauce simmer for 4 minutes
- Add in the pasta and mix thoroughly
- Garnish with parsley and Enjoy!
