Pâtes à l'encre de seiche et aux palourdes

Ingredients

1 tbsp + ½ tsp salt

500g squid ink tagliatelle

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cups fresh clams

½ tsp black pepper

1 jar Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce

Garnish: dried parsley


 

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add 1 tbsp salt in 8 cups of water
  2. Boil 500g squid ink tagliatelle until al dente and drain
  3.  In a medium pan on medium heat, add in 1 tbsp olive oil 
  4. Add in cherry tomatoes and fresh clams and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Season with ½ tps salt and pepper 
  6. To the mixture pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce and mix thoroughly
  7. Let sauce simmer for 4 minutes
  8. Add in the pasta and mix thoroughly
  9. Garnish with parsley and Enjoy!
