Pain plat aux champignons et à l'huile d'avocat

Ingredients

200g bistro mushroom medley

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 + 1/2 tsp dried parsley

2 tbsp + 3 tsp Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil 

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 x 10” round flatbread 

½ tsp red chili flakes


 

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mushrooms, salt, pepper, 1 tsp parsley, 2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil and ½ cup grated parmesan cheese. Mix.
  2. Top flatbread with ½ cup grated parmesan cheese and mushroom medley 
  3. Ensure mushrooms are spread evenly across the flatbread 
  4. Drizzle with 3 tsp Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil
  5. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
  6. Out of the oven, garnish with dried parsley and chili flakes
  7. Enjoy!
