Nachos à la pizza bourguignonne

Ingredients

300g nacho chips

1 jar Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce

1 cup shredded jalapeno cheddar cheese 

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup sliced black olives

¼ cup slice jalapenos

60g pepperoni


 

Instructions

  1. In a 12” cast iron skillet, add in 150g nacho chips and spread evenly in the skillet
  2. Top the chips with ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce 
  3. Add in 1 cup jalapeno cheddar cheese 
  4. Layer with the remaining nacho chips
  5. Add in the rest of the Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce 
  6. Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  7. Top with the olives, jalapenos and pepperoni 
  8. Broil nachos for 5 minutes and enjoy!
  9. Best served fresh
