Nachos à la pizza bourguignonne
Ingredients
300g nacho chips
1 jar Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce
1 cup shredded jalapeno cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup slice jalapenos
60g pepperoni
Instructions
- In a 12” cast iron skillet, add in 150g nacho chips and spread evenly in the skillet
- Top the chips with ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce
- Add in 1 cup jalapeno cheddar cheese
- Layer with the remaining nacho chips
- Add in the rest of the Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce
- Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Top with the olives, jalapenos and pepperoni
- Broil nachos for 5 minutes and enjoy!
