Muffins de pizza au basilic

Ingredients

300g biscuit dough (7 biscuits) 

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp pepper

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

⅓ cup + 1 tbsp mini pepperoni 

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the biscuit dough into quarters and place into a medium bowl
  2. To the dough, add in the olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, and ⅓ cup mini pepperoni. Mix thoroughly
  3. Divide the biscuit dough into 6 and place into a large greased muffin tin 
  4. Top with the remaining pepperoni 
  5. Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and the edges are slightly caramelized 
  6. Out of the oven, serve with Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce
  7. Enjoy!
