Jambon Holiday
Ingredients
1kg smoked ham
1.5 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup honey
½ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup
¼ cup yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp ground ginger
Rosemary sprigs
1 tsp fresh cloves
Instructions
- Place ham into a large baking dish
- Add fresh cranberries around the ham and set aside
- In a bowl, combine the honey, Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce and ground ginger. Mix until smooth
- Generously brush glaze onto the ham
- Garnish with fresh rosemary
- Push fresh cloves into the surface of the ham
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
- Out of the oven, slice and serve with the remaining glaze
- Enjoy!
