Jalapenos farcis au poulet Buffalo

5 x fresh jalapeños
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
½ + ¼ cup shredded cheese
2 tsp chopped cilantro
⅓ cup sour cream
Garnish: fresh cilantro
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the fresh jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Set aside
- In a bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, salt and pepper, Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce, ½ cup shredded cheese, cilantro and sour cream. Mix thoroughly
- Place 2 tbsp of the mixture into each jalapeno and top with the remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheese
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned
- Out of the oven, garnish with more cilantro and enjoy!
