Gnocchi de potiron au basilic

Ingredients

285g pumpkin purée

¾ jar of Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 cups fresh gnocchi

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 tbsp olive oil 

1 tbsp sliced basil

Instructions

  1. In a 12” cast iron skillet, combine the pumpkin purée, Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce, oregano, garlic salt, black pepper, gnocchi, mushrooms, olive oil and mix
  2. Top the mixture with sliced basil and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the gnocchi becomes soft
  3. Out of the oven, garnish with additional fresh basil 
  4. Enjoy!
