Gnocchi de potiron au basilic
Ingredients
285g pumpkin purée
¾ jar of Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups fresh gnocchi
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sliced basil
Instructions
- In a 12” cast iron skillet, combine the pumpkin purée, Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce, oregano, garlic salt, black pepper, gnocchi, mushrooms, olive oil and mix
- Top the mixture with sliced basil and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the gnocchi becomes soft
- Out of the oven, garnish with additional fresh basil
- Enjoy!
