Gnocchi au four à l'Alfredo classique

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil 

1.5 cups gnocchi

1 cup chicken sausages (sliced)

½ cup sliced mushrooms

1 jar of Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce

1.5 cups fresh spinach

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Evenly pour the olive oil into a 9 x 9 inch baking dish 
  2. To the baking dish, add in the gnocchi, sliced chicken sausage, sliced mushrooms and Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce. Mix until combined
  3. Top the dish with fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese and black pepper
  4. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and slightly golden
  5. Out of the oven, let the dish cool for 10 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
