Gnocchi au four à l'ail rôti

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil 

1.5 cups spicy Italian sausage 

¼ tsp salt 

¼ tsp black pepper 

450g gnocchi 

1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce 

¼ cup water 

4 tbsp ricotta cheese 

220g slices of fresh mozzarella cheese 

¼ tsp dried parsley

1 tbsp parmesan cheese 

Garnish: Fresh basil

Instructions

 


In a medium pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil 

  1. Cook spicy Italian sausage until brown and season with salt and pepper
  2. Place Italian sausage in a 12 inch cast iron skillet and spread evenly throughout the skillet 
  3. Add in the gnocchi and top with Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce 
  4. Mix until gnocchi and sausage are coated in sauce 
  5. Add in water and thoroughly mix 
  6. Top mixture with ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parsley 
  7. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes 
  8. Out of the oven, top with parmesan cheese and fresh basil 
  9. Enjoy!
