Gâteau à la citrouille et à l'huile d'olive

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin purée

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

2 eggs

½ cup Yo Mama’s Olive Oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour

1 + ½ tsp pumpkin spice

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt 

Topping: your favorite cream cheese frosting and fruit of choice 


 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Yo Mama’s Olive Oil and vanilla extract 
  2. Mix thoroughly and set aside 
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly 
  4. Pour in the dry mixture into the pumpkin mixture
  5. Fold the mixture until you can no longer see any dry ingredients in the batter
  6. Grease an 8” circle baking tin and pour in the batter
  7. Bake at 350F for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
  8. Out of the oven, let the cake cool for 20 minutes
  9. Top with your favorite cream cheese frosting and fruit of choice
  10. Slice and enjoy!
