Cuisson de saumon au vin rosé

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce 
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
  • ½ Tsp Salt and Pepper 
  • 2 ½ Cups Button Mushrooms 
  • 1 Cup Spinach 
  • ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes 
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan


 

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13” casserole baking dish with lid, add 1 whole jar of Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce
  2. Add in the heavy cream and combine with the sauce
  3. Place 4 salmon fillets into the dish 
  4. Top the salmon with garlic, salt and pepper, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
  5. Gently mix the ingredients together
  6. Place the lid on top of the dish and bake at 350F for 30 mins
  7. Out of the oven, remove the lid and gently mix 
  8. Top with grated parmesan
  9. Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!
