Crostini de tomates rôties au basilic
Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 1 Cup Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara
- ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
- ¼ Cup Goat Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
Instructions
- Slice baguette into 1 inch slices
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half
- Arrange baguette slices in a cast iron skillet in a single layer
- Top each baguette slice with 1 tbsp Yo Mama’s Basil marinara
- Top with cherry tomatoes
- Sprinkle goat cheese on each baguette slice
- Drizzle with ½ tbsp olive oil
- Bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes
- Out of the oven, drizzle with remaining olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
