Croissant Alfredo au four
Ingredients
3 x eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
½ jar Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce
4 x day-old croissants
½ cup small asparagus spears
7 x prosciutto slices
1 cup shaved mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour in Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce and mix. Set mixture aside
- Tear the croissants into 4 pieces and place them into a 9” x 9” baking dish
- Evenly place the asparagus and prosciutto over the croissants
- Pour in the Alfredo Mixture over the croissants and top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
- Out of the oven, let cool for 5 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
