Crevettes à la marinara piquante et au noix de coco

Ingredients

9 x cooked shrimps with tail on

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 eggs

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara sauce 

½ cup breadcrumbs

⅓ cup shredded coconut 

½ tsp chili flakes

½ tsp parsley 


 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Set aside
  2. In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs and combine with Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara Sauce 
  3. Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, breadcrumbs, back into the egg mixture and lastly into the shredded coconut 
  4. Air-fry the shrimp at 350F for 8 minutes
  5. Garnish with chili flakes and parsley 
  6. Enjoy!
