Crevettes à la marinara piquante et au noix de coco
Ingredients
9 x cooked shrimps with tail on
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 eggs
¼ cup Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara sauce
½ cup breadcrumbs
⅓ cup shredded coconut
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Set aside
- In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs and combine with Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara Sauce
- Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, breadcrumbs, back into the egg mixture and lastly into the shredded coconut
- Air-fry the shrimp at 350F for 8 minutes
- Garnish with chili flakes and parsley
- Enjoy!
