Ingredients
4 + ½ tbsp Yo Mama’s Olive oil
¼ cup erythritol
1 egg
1 + ½ cups fine almond flour
¼ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Olive oil, erythritol and egg. Mix thoroughly until the egg is fully mixed in
- Into the mixture, sift in the almond flour, baking soda and salt. Mix the ingredients together until a cookie dough forms
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Chill cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Once cookie dough is chilled, scoop cookie dough using a medium ice cream scooper and place on a cookie tray
- Slightly press cookies down using a measuring cup
- Bake at 350F for 8 minutes
- Out of the oven, cool cookies for 10 minutes and enjoy!
