Champignons farcis au vin rosé
Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- Mix with a hand mixer on low speed until combined
- Place 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom and place in a baking dish
- Top mushrooms with the remaining mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350F for 25 - 30 minutes
- Out of the oven, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
Note: recipe makes 20 stuffed mushrooms

- 2 Tbsp Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ Tsp Salt and Pepper
- ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 11 Brown Cremini Mushrooms, Stems Removed
- Dried Parsley for Garnish
