Casserole de crevettes au vin de Bourgogne et feta

Ingredients

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

⅓  cup diced red onion

¼ cup sliced fresh jalapeno

1 cup fresh spinach

½ cup tiger shrimp, peeled and tail on 

1 jar Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce

¼ tsp pepper

¼ tsp salt

1 cup feta cheese

Parsley for garnish


 

Instructions

 

  1. In a pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. Add in diced red onion and cook until transparent
  3. Add in the jalapenos and spinach and cook until spinach becomes wilted
  4. Add in the tiger shrimp 
  5. Once the shrimp is almost fully cooked, add in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce
  6. Mix thoroughly and let simmer for 2 minutes
  7. Add Salt and pepper, and mix 
  8. Let simmer for 10 minutes 
  9. Remove from heat and place the shrimp mixture into a baking dish
  10. Crumble feta cheese on top of the dish and garnish with fresh parsley
  11. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until feta cheese becomes slightly golden
  12. Out of the oven, cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
  13. Can be served over rice or with bread
