Burger de dinde à la grecque

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground Turkey

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

¼ cup diced red onion

2 tsp fresh dill

2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing

3 x brioche burger buns

3 tbsp Tzatziki sauce 

3 x lettuce leaves

3 x tomato slices

6 x cucumber slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, salt, pepper, red onion, dill and Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing. Mix until thoroughly combined
  2. Divide the turkey meat into 3 equal pieces and form each piece into a patty
  3. Air Fry the patties at 400F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway 
  4. Optional: While the patties are air frying, toast the brioche buns
  5. To assemble the burgers: to your bottom bun, add the tzatziki, lettuce, turkey patty, tomatoes, cucumbers and then the top bun
  6. Enjoy!
