Bruschetta
Ingredients
4 x roma tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
⅓ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil
½ cup Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing
5 slices toasted sourdough
Instructions
- Roughly chop 4 roma tomatoes into cubes and place in a bowl
- To the tomatoes, add in the salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, basil and Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing
- Mix thoroughly
- Place 2 tbsp of the tomato mixture onto a slice of sourdough
- Garnish with additional black pepper
- Enjoy!
