Boulettes de viande Alfredo à la poêle

Ingredients

12 x Italian style meatballs

½ cup sundried tomatoes

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 jar Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce

3 cups spinach

2 cups shaved mozzarella cheese

Garnish: pepper, fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Add the meatballs into a 12” greased skillet pan 
  2. Add in the sun dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
  3. Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce 
  4. Top with 3 cups spinach and bake at 350F for 20 minutes
  5. Out of the oven, top the meatballs with cheese and bake again for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted 
  6. Out of the oven, garnish with pepper and fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
