Bouchées de steak cuites à la friteuse

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS 

1Lb Sirloin Steak, cubed 

1 tsp Garlic Salt 

1 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Steak Seasoning

1 tsp Dried Parsley 

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Olive Oil 

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 

¼ cup Melted Butter

1 tsp Minced Garlic

Serve with Brussels Sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine the sirloin steak, garlic salt, pepper, steak seasoning, parsley and Yo Mama’s Olive Oil. Mix thoroughly 
  2. Add in the Worcestershire sauce into the mixture and and mix 
  3. Air Fry the Steak bites at 400F for 7 minutes
  4. While the steak is cooking, in a sauce dish, combine the melted butter and minced garlic 
  5. Out of the Air Fryer, toss the steak in the butter mixture until evenly coated
  6. Serve with Brussels sprouts and enjoy!
