Bol de soba asiatique au sésame
Ingredients
350g buckwheat soba noodles
1 cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing
⅓ cup shredded carrots
½ cup edamame
⅓ cup shredded purple cabbage
½ cup steamed buk choy
1 cup king oyster mushrooms
Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Green onion
Instructions
- Boil soba noodles and place in a large bowl
- Pour 1 cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing onto noodles and mix until noodles are coated in sauce
- Top Noodles with carrots, edamame, cabbage, buk choy and mushrooms
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
- Can be served hot or cold
- Enjoy!
