Bol de légumes rôtis au vinaigre balsamique

Ingredients

7 halved brussel sprouts 3 mini carrots 3 slices of portobello mushroom 1/2 cup broccoli 1/2 cup cubed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup chickpeas 3/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried Rosemary 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 cup brown rice 1/3 cup of Yo Mama's Balsamic Dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop cup brussel sprouts.
  2. Peel Carrots.
  3. Add all veggies to a baking sheet.
  4. Mix olive oil, garlic salt, paprika, rosemary and black pepper together.
  5. Cover veggies with olive oil mixture.
  6. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Cook brown rice.
  8. Add rice to bowl. Top with cooked veggies and balsamic dressing.
  9. Enjoy!
