Bagels à la pizza au fromage Chianti

Ingredients

3 x Cheese bagels 

10 tbsp Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce

2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese

100g pepperoni 

½ cup parmesan cheese 

Chili flakes and chopped basil for garnish


 

Instructions

  1. Slice bagels in half 
  2. On each bagel slice, spread 2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine sauce 
  3. Add ⅓ cup shredded cheese on each bagel slice
  4. Add 4 slices of pepperoni to each bagel slice
  5. Sprinkle each slice with parmesan cheese 
  6. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
  7. Garnish with chili flakes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
