Garlic & Rosemary Roast
Ingredients

1 x large chuck steak
½ cup Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
7 x garlic cloves
6 x rosemary sprigs
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the chuck steak in a large 12” greased cast iron skillet
- Coat the steak evenly in Yo Mama’s Avocado oil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to the skillet and bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes
- Out of the oven, let rest for 10 minutes
- Slice and garnish with pomegranate seeds
- Enjoy!
