Classic Fettucine Alfredo


400g fettuccine

2 tbsp diced onion

1 jar Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

¼ cup grated parmesan


  1. Cook the fettuccine in 8 cups of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside
  2. In a medium pan on medium heat, cook the diced onion until caramelized
  3. Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce and mix 
  4. Top with pepper and 1 tsp dried oregano and mix 
  5. Add the fettuccine pasta into the sauce and mix thoroughly until the pasta is coated in sauce
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oregano 
  7. Place the fettuccine into a serving dish and top with dried basil and grated parmesan cheese 
  8. Enjoy!
