Sundried Tomato & Spinach Vodka Farfalle

Ingredients

450g farfalle pasta

1 jar Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce

⅓ cup water

3 cups spinach

1 cup sundried tomatoes

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½  cup parmesan cheese

Garnish: parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil farfalle in salted water until al dente 
  2. Drain pasta and set aside 
  3. Combine 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Vodka sauce, water and spinach. Mix thoroughly
  4. Add in sundried tomatoes
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly
  6. Let sauce simmer for 2 minutes
  7. Add the farfalle into the sauce and mix until the pasta is evenly coated 
  8. Pour in parmesan cheese and mix until combined
  9. Garnish pasta with parmesan as desired
  10. Enjoy!
