Rosé Wine Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- ½ Cup Chopped Basil
- 1 Jar Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Parsley and Black Pepper for Garnish
Instructions
- In a medium pot on medium heat, add in butter and basil. Cook until fragrant - about 2 mins
- Add in 1 Jar of Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce
- Add 2 cups of water
- Let cook on high until soup is thoroughly heated
- Turn off heat and add in 1 cup heavy cream. Mix thoroughly
- Remove from heat and serve with a drizzle of the remaining heavy cream
- Garnish with black pepper and fresh parsley
- Enjoy!
