Roasted Veggie Flatbread
Ingredients
1 x zucchini
1 x yellow squash
1 x large tomato
1 jar Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce
3 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 x flatbread
2 tsp balsamic glaze
½ tsp black garlic
Instructions
- Slice the zucchini, yellow squash and tomatoes in coins
- In a medium baking dish, pour in ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine and spread evenly throughout the dish
- Layer the zucchini coins over the sauce and season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
- Layer the squash coins and season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
- Pour the remaining Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce over the squash
- Layer the tomato slices over the sauce and season with the remaining salt and pepper and oregano
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes
- Out of the oven, place the roasted vegetables onto a flatbread
- Garnish with balsamic glaze and black garlic flakes
- Enjoy!
