Fig Flatbread

Ingredients

5 x fresh figs

2 large red onion rounds - sliced in half

2 x flatbread

6 tbsp Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara

1/ 2 cup fresh arugula

¼ cup goat cheese

1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice figs into coins and set aside
  2. Slice 2 large red onion rounds and slice rounds in half
  3. On each flatbread, add 3 tbsp Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara sauce and spread evenly 
  4. Top each flatbread with figs, onions, arugula and goat cheese
  5. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
  6. Out of the oven, garnish with black pepper
  7. Slice and enjoy!
