Chianti Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
1 cup home fries
4 slices of bacon
2 large tortillas
4 tbsp cup Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce
2 slices gouda cheese
2 eggs, scrambled
Instructions
- On a baking tray, bake the homefries and bacon at 350F for 30 minutes or until both are crispy
- To 1 tortilla, add 2 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine sauce and spread evenly
- Place 1 slice of gouda cheese cut in half followed by 1 egg scrambled, 2 slices of bacon and ½ cup home fries
- Roll into a burrito
- Repeat steps with the remaining ingredients to create another burrito
- Cut in half and enjoy!
