Buffalo Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients

20 x raw shrimp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
¼ cup fresh cilantro
10 x corn tortillas
⅓ cup green salsa
1 cup mixed greens
⅓ cup pico de gallo
⅓ cup sour cream
Garnish: fresh cilantro, black pepper
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, salt and pepper and Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside
- Air fry the shrimp at 350F for 8-10 minutes
- Warm up 10 corn tortillas and double up tortillas for each taco. Recipe yields 5 tacos
- On each taco, add salsa, greens, shrimp, pico de gallo and sour cream
- Chop up some fresh cilantro and garnish each taco with cilantro and black pepper
- Enjoy!
