Asian Sesame Nachos

Ingredients

150g Nacho Chips

400g Shredded Cheese

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup shredded purple cabbage

⅕ cups cubed roasted chicken breast

2 tbsp green onion

1 tsp sesame seeds

½ cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing

Garnish:

Fresh Cilantro

1 tbsp peanuts

1 tbsp guacamole


 

Instructions

  1. Place Nacho chips in a large oven safe dish
  2. Top with 300g Shredded cheese, carrots, purple cabbage, roasted chicken breast, green onion and sesame seeds 
  3. Top with remaining 100g of shredded cheese
  4. Broil Nachos in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted 
  5. Drizzle ½ cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing on the Nachos
  6. Garnish with Cilantro, peanuts and guacamole
  7. Enjoy!
