St. Patricks Day Avocado Oil Cookies

Ingredients

1 box of Funfetti cake mix 

½ cup Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil 

2 eggs

¼ tsp green food coloring

1.5 cups mint chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil, eggs and mix until thoroughly combined
  2. Add in green food coloring and mix
  3. Fold in mint chocolate chips
  4. Chill cookie dough for 15 minutes and preheat oven to 350F 
  5. Once chilled, scoop cookie dough using a medium ice cream scoop onto a baking tray
  6. Place cookies 2 inches apart and bake for 8-10 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
