Lox on Naan

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1 x naan bread

2 tsp Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil 

4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese

¼ cup sliced cherry tomatoes

4 pieces smoked salmon

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 tbsp microgreens

1 tsp chili flakes


 

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drizzle Yo Mama’s Avocado oil onto naan bread. 
  2. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and air fry at 350F for 5 minutes 
  3. Out of the air fryer, top with cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon, salt, pepper, micro greens and chili flakes
  4. Garnish with additional goat cheese if desired
  5. Slice and Enjoy!
