Chopped Greek Salad
Ingredients
6 mini cucumbers
1 cup grape tomatoes
½ small red onion
½ cup kalamata olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ lemon
½ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing
Garnish: fresh dill and lemon
Instructions
Chop 6 mini cucumbers into bite sized pieces
Slice grape tomatoes in half
Thinly slice red onion lengthwise In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion and kalamata olives
Toss salad
Top salad with crumbled feta cheese and lemon juice
Evenly pour Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing over salad Garnish with dill and lemon Enjoy!
