Garlic Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

4 slices garlic sourdough 

1 tbsp olive oil 

4 tsp butter 

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

½ tsp parsley 

½ tsp red chili flakes 

½ tsp black pepper

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice 4 slices of garlic sourdough In a cast iron skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and evenly brush oil throughout the skillet 
  2. Place 2 slices of sourdough into the skillet 
  3. Butter one side of each sourdough slice and top each slice with ¼ cup of shredded cheese 
  4. Top with the second sourdough slice Spread remaining butter on top of each slice 
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, red chili flakes and black pepper 
  6. Broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown 
  7. Out of the oven, let cool and slice grilled cheese in half 
  8. Enjoy with Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic sauce Enjoy!
