Fresh Sesame Spring Rolls
Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
3 mini cucumbers
10 x rice paper sheets
10 x small lettuce leaves
½ cup shredded carrots
2 cups cooked jumbo shrimp
⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Sesame Dressing
Instructions
- Slice bell pepper and cucumbers into thin strips and set aside
- Set a rice paper sheet in warm water for 5 seconds and place on a flat surface
- Place lettuce, cucumbers, bell pepper, shredded carrots and shrimp onto sheet and roll
- Repeat steps to make 10 rolls
- Serve with Yo Mama’s Sesame Dressing
