Burgundy Tomato Gallette
Ingredients
1 x pre-made pie crust
4 tbsp Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce
½ cup bocconcini cheese
½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
Handful of spinach leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place pie crust flat on a baking tray
- Add 4 tbsp Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce and spread evenly on the crust, leaving a 1.5 inch border on all sides
- Place sliced bocconcini cheese in the centre
- Add sliced cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves
- Fold the crust into the centre of the pie and push down on the corners to ensure there are no gaps present
- Brush the outer crust with olive oil
- Season with black pepper
- Bake at 425F for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
- Out of the oven, cool for 15 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
