Buffalo Chickpea and Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained
1 cup cooked chicken breast
⅓ cup chopped sweet onion
1 cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
1 x 12” round flatbread
2 cups cheddar jack cheese
½ cup chopped peppers
⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, chicken breast, onion, Yo Mama’s Buffalo sauce and mix thoroughly. Set mixture aside
- Onto the flatbread, add cheddar jack cheese, the chickpea and chicken mixture, peppers, blue cheese, cilantro and black pepper
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes
- Slice and Enjoy!
