Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
14 ounces ricotta cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cups Yo Mama Alfredo Sauce
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups shredded chicken
Chopped fresh parsley, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions, until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
- In a medium bowl mix together the ricotta and egg.
- Spread a third of the jar of Yo Mama Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer on three noodles, a third of the ricotta, a cup of the chicken, and a cup of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process twice more. Then finish with a final layer of noodles and the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 15-20 more minutes. Serve topped with parsley.
