Tofu Sesame Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

340 g extra firm tofu

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup Yo Mama’s Sesame Dressing

Large Boston lettuce leaves

½ tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp green onion


 

Instructions

  1. Cube tofu and place onto a baking tray and season with salt and pepper 
  2. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes 
  3. Out of the oven, place tofu into a medium bowl and coat with Yo Mama’s Sesame dressing
  4. Place tofu into large lettuce leaves and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
  5. Enjoy!
