Rose Toast



4 x slices french bread

4 tbsp Yo Mama’s Rose Sauce

8 x Slices bocconcini medals

1 tsp Black Pepper

4 x Slices Prosciutto

8 x Small Basil leaves




  1. Top 4 slices of French bread with Yo Mama’s Rose Sauce, bocconcini medals, black pepper and toast for 5 minutes or until cheese becomes melted 
  2. Take the prosciutto and fold each slice into thirds and roll to resemble a rose 
  3. Out of the toaster, place the prosciutto roses on the toast and add 2 basil leaves 
  4. Garnish with additional black pepper and enjoy!
