Roasted Veggie Flatbread

Ingredients

1 x zucchini

1 x yellow squash

1 x large tomato

1 jar Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce

3 tsp salt

3 tsp pepper

1 tsp oregano

1 x flatbread

2 tsp balsamic glaze

½ tsp black garlic


 

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini, yellow squash and tomatoes in coins
  2. In a medium baking dish, pour in ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine and spread evenly throughout the dish 
  3. Layer the zucchini coins over the sauce and season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
  4. Layer the squash coins and season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
  5. Pour the remaining Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce over the squash
  6. Layer the tomato slices over the sauce and season with the remaining salt and pepper and oregano
  7. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes 
  8. Out of the oven, place the roasted vegetables onto a flatbread 
  9. Garnish with balsamic glaze and black garlic flakes 
  10. Enjoy!
