Pizza Snowmen

Ingredients

4 english muffins

8 tbsp Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

⅓ cup sliced black olives

¼ red  bell pepper 

¼ orange bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice english muffins in half and place on a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Top each muffin with 1 tbsp Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce
  3. Top each muffin with ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. Place black olives slices as the Snowman’s buttons, eyes and mouth 
  5. Slice the orange bell pepper into a triangle to create the nose and slice the red bell pepper lengthwise to create the scarf
  6. Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
  7. Enjoy!
