Olive Oil Feta Pasta Bake
3 cups cherry tomatoes
6 cloves of sliced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup of Yo Mama's Olive Oil
200g feta cheese
4 cloves fresh thyme
450g of Gemelli
- Add tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper to baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add Feta cheese block to center of dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with thyme.
- Bake for 400F for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, mixed feta and tomatoes together.
- Fold pasta into cooked tomato mixture. Mix thoroughly.
