Marinara Meatball Bake

Ingredients

  • 1LB Ground Beef
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp White Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Dried Parsley 
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Jar Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped


 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add in the ground beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, parmesan cheese and egg
  2. Mix until combined and set aside
  3. In a 9” x 9” baking dish, add ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce
  4. Scoop meatballs  using a medium ice cream scoop and roll to form a meatball 
  5. Place meatballs side by side in the baking dish
  6. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
  7. Out of the oven top the meatballs with the remaining ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce 
  8. Top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese 
  9. Bake for an additional 8 minutes (or until cheese is melted)
  10. Garnish with basil and enjoy!
