Marinara Chicken Kebabs


4 x chicken thighs, cubed

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

½  tsp Italian Seasoning

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce

½ tsp black garlic flakes

½ tsp dried parsley

2 tbsp balsamic glaze



  1. Remove the skin off of 4 chicken thighs and cut into cubes
  2. Place the chicken into a bowl and season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly
  3. Add in Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce and mix until chicken is evenly coated
  4. Place approx. 7-8 pieces of chicken onto each skewer
  5. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with black garlic flakes
  6. Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes 
  7. Out of the oven, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
